True to his Italian roots, Paolo is a creative visionary successful in converting his innate artistic talents, architectural background and passion for the ‘What if?’ into a unique and thriving business enterprise that supports: developers, architects, consumer brands and entrepreneurs.

At the heart of every project is his ability visualize and “design think” the idea.  With this skill set he has been able to lead Gensler’s team in standardizing Bancomer’s facilities in Mexico, envision and created digital art for BR Guest restaurants and win competitions like the Hearst permanent exhibit, judged by Sir Norman Foster.

A  serial entrepreneur himself, Paolo is currently launching VANY: Vision Alliance New York for empowering his pursuit of large-scale urban development work in the Middle East & Asia with a cross-discipline team providing turn-key  integrated brand & architecture services.

Jon also has 20 years’ experience as a founder and President of JB&D Consultants, an architecture staffing company with a staff of 40+, that provides services to most of the largest & most prestigious architecture firms in NYC.

Long fascinated by how both the power of storytelling and design can influence behavior,  Ann has pursued her passion in exploring how their intersection can create something truly unique & unprecedented in the marketplace.

Layering in the complexity of cerebral vs. tactical informants, from metrics and focus groups to graphics and PR, is part of the process she feels most comfortable in directing, knowing that value is built through carefully crafted perceptions across all consumer touch points, and that authenticity plus transparency is king in today’s kingdom of brands.

Ann’s career benefits from a dual perspective, having led development on the client side, as Director of Brand Development at Estee Lauder, and from the agency side as Partner & Studio Director of Environmental Branding at both Lippincott & Gensler.

Some of her more recent creative-strategic development can be experienced in LG Mobile’s Asia retail market & Duane Reade’s new NYC-centric private label collection & store roll out concept.
