True to his Italian roots, Paolo is a creative visionary successful in converting his innate artistic talents, architectural background and passion for the ‘What if?’ into a unique and thriving business enterprise that supports: developers, architects, consumer brands and entrepreneurs.
At the heart of every project is his ability visualize and “design think” the idea. With this skill set he has been able to lead Gensler’s team in standardizing Bancomer’s facilities in Mexico, envision and created digital art for BR Guest restaurants and win competitions like the Hearst permanent exhibit, judged by Sir Norman Foster.
A serial entrepreneur himself, Paolo is currently launching VANY: Vision Alliance New York for empowering his pursuit of large-scale urban development work in the Middle East & Asia with a cross-discipline team providing turn-key integrated brand & architecture services.

Jon has over 20 years management experience in the design industry, including 16 years as a founder and partner with bbcreative. His leadership & attention to detail is reflected in all of bbcreative’s work, including:

Jon also has 20 years’ experience as a founder and President of JB&D Consultants, an architecture staffing company with a staff of 40+, that provides services to most of the largest & most prestigious architecture firms in NYC.
Long fascinated by how the power of storytelling and design, plus more recently technology, can influence behavior, Ann has pursued her passion in exploiting this intersection to consult on truly unique & unprecedented marketplace entrants.
Layering segment insights, analytics informing audience behavior & the user/consumer journey, competitor context & trends, she directs multi-discipline teams toward shaping these inputs into achieving results driven business goals through their brand –with a focus on discovery, culture, innovation and transparency.
Ann’s expertise comes from depth of experience as primary liaison between the analysis and planning practices vs. in-house creative studios at worldclass consultancies such as Lippincott, CBX Worldwide and Gensler. More recently she has turned her efforts toward supporting innovation driven entrepreneurs to achieve traction with break out offerings, by helping them develop their Why? into more ‘consumer as co-author’ experiences both on and offline.
